Annual Compliance Plan

Stay in good standing with CAC, every year.

One fixed yearly fee, agreed before we start. We track every deadline, prepare every filing, and a CAC-accredited professional submits it for you.

How it works

  1. 1

    Free CAC check

Send your company or business name. We check your CAC record and tell you what is due, overdue or missing.

  2. 2

    Your fixed yearly quote

We quote one fee for the year, agreed before we start. If filings are outstanding, the catch-up is quoted separately.

  3. 3

    We run your compliance year

Reminders, documents and filings, submitted by a CAC-accredited professional, with proof sent to you each time.

Every plan includes

Founding clients keep their first-year fee for year two

Open to our first 20 plan clients. Your fee for year two stays exactly what you paid in year one.

Not included, so there are no surprises

CAC's own fees
CAC's filing fees are passed on at cost and shown separately on every invoice.
Catching up on missed years
If returns are outstanding, we quote a one-off catch-up fee, including any late penalties, before the plan starts.
Restoring a struck-off company
This needs a Federal High Court order, so it is quoted and handled separately.
Tax filings
Tax returns are not part of the plan.

Common questions

Why is there no price on the page?

Because businesses start from different places. A company that is up to date needs far less work than one with several missed years. After your free CAC check, we quote one fixed yearly fee for your business. You know the full cost before you agree, and there is no hourly billing.

Is the fee really fixed?

Yes. The yearly fee covers everything listed in your plan. The only extras are CAC's own fees, passed on at cost, and any work outside the plan, which we always quote and agree with you first.

Who files with CAC?

We prepare everything, and the filing is submitted by a CAC-accredited professional working with us. You get a copy of every filing and CAC's acknowledgement.

What do I still need to do?

Very little: approve documents, sign where a signature is required, and tell us about changes such as a new shareholder, director or address. We tell you exactly what we need and when.

My company is behind on its filings. Can I still join?

Yes. We first quote a one-off fee to bring your filings up to date, then the plan keeps you there. If your company appears on CAC's strike-off list, tell us straight away. See our guide to the CAC strike-off list.
